I'm a creative leader who works at the intersection of emerging technology and interactive experiences.

Twenty years making games and live interactive experiences. At Harmonix I spent over a decade on some of the most recognizable music games ever made. Rock Band, Guitar Hero, Fantasia, Dance Central. At WaveXR I helped pioneer live virtual concerts, building the systems and pipelines behind large-scale immersive shows for artists and partners like Justin Bieber, Calvin Harris, and Riot Games.

Working across all aspects of development: art direction, creative production, product strategy. I stay in the work at every level, down to the tools. The closer I am to the actual problem, the more useful my direction becomes to the people solving it. Lately that includes AI: Midjourney and Kling for early concept work, Claude for production pipelines and documentation, v0 for quick prototypes.

Good work, to me, is when every part of a product pulls in the same direction. Art, Audio, Design, and Tools all in service of the experience, not the other way around.

I love work that exists at the edge of what's currently possible. Technology and creative taste are always evolving, and the most interesting opportunities live where those things are just starting to intersect. There's no path to follow, and that's the part I find genuinely exciting, especially with a good team.
