Teflon Sega: Dimensions ran as two shows, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, and was our test of a Wave show with no audience at all.
Teflon Sega exists only as a digital persona. The avatar was already built before it reached us, so the work started with migrating that character into the Wave platform structure, where it could perform like any of our live artists.
With no crowd to play to, the camera became the audience. The set moves through a jungle portal, a dark stage and a pool of spotlight, framed and cut more like a music video than a concert stream.
I oversaw the migration of the existing Teflon Sega avatar into the Wave character structure, approved the visuals for both volumes and set the music-video camera approach for a show with no crowd.
These were the last shows Wave built in Unity. After Dimensions we moved the whole toolset over to Unreal, and I led that shift: I built out the process and ran the training that brought the team across.
