A live, real-time concert experience built as a platform validation showcase for next-generation performer systems — deployed simultaneously across PC and VR.
The show functioned as a full-stack testbed for new avatar technologies, real-time capture pipelines, modular content systems, and live performer-audience interaction. Served as a foundational platform milestone, validating core systems that would later become part of the scalable performer and platform architecture.
Systems Developed
Led the development and integration of next-generation performer avatar architecture and visual style foundations, advanced facial capture and facecap pipelines, suitless full-body capture workflows, early modular construction systems, real-time performer–audience interaction frameworks including live audience staging and direct on-stage interaction, state-driven avatar transformation systems enabling peak-state visual transitions, and cross-platform runtime architecture supporting synchronized live deployment across PC and VR.
